Element6, West Ryde

Located across the road from West Ryde station, the Element6 is like a hidden jewel amongst the long stretch of odd shops.

Ever a crowd pleaser, Element6 is always packed so you need to go really early (i.e. before 8:30am) unless you're eager for a 20+min wait. However, if you're able to survive the wait, the service at Element6 is always efficient and friendly, and the food never fails to satisfy an empty stomach.

Occasionally, they do a soda drink special although I have found that the flavours can be a hit-or-miss (perhaps dependent on the drink mixer?):

However, their baked eggs are always up-to-scratch, packed full of flavour and sauce-y goodness that can be wiped up with lebanese bread:

Chorizo & Potato Baked Eggs with Tomato Relish and Gremolata ($16)
Moroccan Spiced Baked Eggs with Chickpeas, Haloumi, Eggplant, Zhough and Zaartar ($16)

If you ever drop, be sure to also check out the chubby bacon & egg roll, which is truly awesome (love the jam/chutney combo!):
